I have prediabetic factors due to genetic predisposition.
As a result, each time I undergo a health checkup, I get closer to the borderline, and a year ago, I reached the borderline for diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.

The secret is intermittent fasting and strength training.
I go to bed at 9 PM every evening to avoid eating anything after that. I wake up in the early morning and do strength training for about two hours, then fast during breakfast and have my first meal at 12 noon.
Doing this for a few months now has helped me lose weight and get healthier.
