I think I'm losing hair all over my head these days.
My hair is falling out much more than before... but since I naturally have a lot of gray hair, I dye it regularly...
I'm worried... Since I'm experiencing hair loss, I can't dye my hair right now. As I stay like this, my gray hairs are becoming so noticeable... I'm really struggling to figure out what to do.
I'm conflicted because I'm worried about hair loss if I dye my hair to relieve this stress, but my gray hair is too visible if I don't. Is there a good solution?
