산부인과 무서워하면 안되는것 같아요... 나아서 다행이네요
Vaginitis... a condition you should never endure silently because it's embarrassing.
Whenever I feel my immune system is weakened and I feel tired, I inevitably develop mouth ulcers and am prone to vaginitis. At first, I really didn't want to go to the gynecologist, so I would frequently wash with a cleansing agent and change my underwear often, just enduring it. Then, I started to notice white discharge like milk, which was very itchy, stinging, and painful, so I finally visited the gynecologist. After a bacterial test, I went back two more times for treatment, took about a week or ten days of medication, and I felt better. Perhaps because I suffered so much from vaginitis, I try to go early whenever symptoms appear since then, and even after a year, I am still fine. It seems the vaginitis was properly treated back then. Thinking about the struggles I had before, I really want to tell everyone not to endure and to visit the hospital early. Whatever the disease is, catching it early means less suffering. Overcoming embarrassment reduces the hardship.
Oh, and since it's a bit embarrassing anyway, I think it would be good to have a transvaginal ultrasound once every few years. Cervical cancer screening only examines the entrance, so wouldn't it be reassuring to also check inside the uterus with a vaginal ultrasound? And if possible, an abdominal ultrasound can also be performed to check not only the fallopian tubes but also the bladder. Since I need to take care of my own body, let's prioritize our health~~^^
