용종은 워낙 흔하니 염려 마시고 조급해하지 마세요 다 잘 될 거에요^^
I had a prenatal checkup before preparing for the baby last month.
I had a pelvic ultrasound, and I was told that the endometrium should be 0.8 centimeters or less to be normal.
The thickness was about 1.44 centimeters, which was a bit thick. I was told that if the endometrium is thick, it can be difficult to conceive.
However, the doctor told me to come to the hospital right after my period ends, as it might be temporarily thickening before menstruation.
So, I went to the hospital right after my period ended, and fortunately, the thickness of my endometrium was a normal 0.6 centimeters.
However, the doctor said there is a polyp in the endometrium.
They say the cause is unknown because it's called multiple polyps.
It is unlikely, but it is said that it could potentially develop into cancer.
And having a baby might be a bit difficultㅠ..
So, they say to remove it.
Fibroids and polyps are different from what you see in the stomach.
In the past few years, my menstrual periods have become longer, and I have experienced abnormal bleeding.
I'm still very worried because I heard a polyp suddenly developed.
So, I think I'll have surgery around next month, and since it's general anesthesia, I'm a little scared.
Even though I had regular gynecological check-ups every year, I'm so shocked to hear it's suddenly a polyp.
I'm glad it was discovered quickly, but I'm worried.
The surgery itself is said to take between 10 to 30 minutes, but since general anesthesia is required, you will need to stay hospitalized for about a day.
Sleep anesthesia and general anesthesia are different.
If I have my endometrial polyp removed and recover well, I should be able to get pregnant, right?
I'm so worried ㅠ
