저는 들쭉날쭉해요 아직은 나이가 아니실거같은데 스트레스받거나 몸이 좀 안좋았거나 하지않으신가요?
Does menopause come suddenly one day?
For example, is it possible to have had a period around the 3rd of last month and then experience menopause starting this month?
It was originally a 28-day cycle, but recently it has become a bit faster with a 25-day cycle. If I calculate it that way, about a week has passed, but I haven't had my period.
The cycle always speeds up rather than slowing down.
Since I'm in my late 40s, I can't help but worry a lot, even though I try not to.ㅠㅠ
