어떻게 해요 걱정됩니다 그래도 관심 갖고 열심히 지켜보면 노력하면 되지 않을까요
It was exactly one year ago.
It was a difficult month because of severe menstrual cramps.
It was tough before giving birth, but after having my first child, my menstrual pain disappeared, so I was happy.
There are slight symptoms like back pain or chest pain, but they were tolerable enough to endure.
But I was really sick that month.
Usually, painkillers list headaches, toothaches, and menstrual cramps, so I took PenzaL at home, but the pain didn't go away at all. Even after my period ended, the menstrual pain continued, which made me scared.
So, to the obstetrics and gynecology department...
The doctor said that the uterus is enlarged; normally it is about 4×6 centimeters, but mine is 8×10 centimeters.
There are no other symptoms, but the uterus has enlarged, the uterine wall has thickened, and therefore the menstrual flow is heavier and there is pain.
They recommend the procedure.
I looked it up on the internet and thought about it, so I went to a large hospital to get another check-up.
They are saying the same thing.
Adenomyosis...
But here, it's okay to remove it...
It has become 15 centimeters; it needs to be excised.
It was a huge shock.
Choose whether to excise or perform the procedure on 10 centimeters.
Only tears were flowing.
I'm scared, afraid, and don't know what to do...
I thought I would just observe for a few days as I was feeling a bit depressed.
I don't want to do either surgery or procedure because the side effects are too severe.
If it's not a procedure or surgery, there are no other effective methods. The reason is not specifically identified, but it is said to be due to aging.
There are many people like me with symptoms, but also many without. If it occurs before childbirth, it can sometimes cause infertility.
The amount of menstrual flow is heavy, which sometimes interferes with daily life.
I also have a couple of nights where I can't sleep well.
It's hard because I keep going to the bathroom.
The pain has decreased a lot.
When you have pain, you have no choice but to get a prescription and take medication, which is a painkiller.
Sometimes when I have severe stomach cramps, my menstrual flow is also heavy.
It's not that I experience pain every month or that my uterus grows every month, so I am continuously monitoring it.
I'm planning to check how much I've grown once a year.
It's sad to age, but my body keeps breaking down...
I'm still in my 40s... it makes me sad.
Let's all stay healthy^^
