Sharing my experience with endometriosis symptoms

Endometriosis is a condition that should be considered if menstrual cramps and pelvic pain have recently worsened. I suffered from these symptoms and fortunately, treatment went well. I'm not sure if it will be helpful, but I'd like to share my experience.

Hello, I would like to share my experience of struggling with endometriosis symptoms for several months.
They say that if people who don't usually have menstrual cramps suddenly complain of pain, they should suspect that it might be a symptom of endometriosis.
Endometriosis is said to mean that the glandular tissue and stroma of the endometrium attach to and proliferate in tissues other than the uterus.
At first, I felt a slight pain in my lower abdomen, and since I've always had some degree of pain, I thought it was just a monthly occurrence. However, the pain gradually became so severe that I didn't realize it was a symptom of endometriosis. I'm not the type to immediately go to the hospital when I'm in pain. I usually wait a few days and see if it doesn't get better. This time, I tried to overcome the pain with over-the-counter medication, but the endometriosis symptoms and pain gradually worsened, making it difficult to control my body, so I visited a gynecological hospital.
First of all, they said it could be a symptom of endometriosis, but they didn't suspect endometriosis on ultrasound and didn't give me any other diagnosis...
Then, on the recommendation of an acquaintance, I visited a local gynecologist. There, she told me that I had some pelvic fluid and that she suspected endometriosis. That's how I realized that it was a symptom of endometriosis. Fortunately, I got better with medication, and my endometriosis symptoms disappeared. So now I get regular checkups to check for any abnormalities. I always use a compress to keep my abdomen warm. I'll share the medication and compress I often take.
