How often do you go for gynecological check-ups?

I was planning to go every two years.

It's really difficult to keep promises once you've made up your mind.

Now that I'm getting older, I should take better care of my health check-ups...

Hospitals... especially obstetrics and gynecology, are really difficult places to go to even as you get older. ㅠ

It seems menopause is not far off now, and I'm at an age where I have many more worries. ㅜ
