Sharing a review of my visit to Wooridul Internal Medicine Clinic in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon

Maybe it's because it's the beginning of the year... I've been having persistent heartburn and a stuffy stomach for the past few days, so after worrying about it, I finally went to a nearby internal medicine clinic over the weekend. The clinic was called Wooridul Internal Medicine Clinic, located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. Haha. I simply couldn't find the time during the weekdays, so I visited on Saturday morning... and as expected, the clinic was really crowded, probably because it was the weekend.

The doctor examined me quite thoroughly. After asking about various things such as my recent eating habits, caffeine intake, and stress levels, he said there was a high possibility of reflux esophagitis.

The prescribed medication was an acid suppressant and a stomach protectant, and I was also given lifestyle advice to avoid lying down immediately after meals and to refrain from spicy foods for the time being. After taking the medicine for a day or two, my stomach started to feel a bit better, and now I am much better.

The hospital itself was clean, but I guess the long waiting times on weekends are unavoidable. If I get symptoms again, I plan to go on a weekday morning if possible.
