Sharing a review of my visit to Wooridul Internal Medicine Clinic in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon

Maybe it's because it's the beginning of the year... I've been having stomachaches and stuffiness for the past few days, so I was worried about it, and I ended up going to a nearby internal medicine clinic over the weekend. It was called Wooridul Internal Medicine Clinic, located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. Haha. I really didn't have time during the week, so I visited on Saturday morning... As expected, because it was the weekend, the clinic was really crowded.

The examination was relatively thorough. After asking about my recent eating habits, caffeine intake, and stress levels, the doctor said I likely had reflux esophagitis.

The medication I was prescribed was a stomach acid suppressant and a stomach protector. I was also given lifestyle advice, such as not lying down immediately after eating and avoiding spicy foods for the time being. After a day or two of taking the medication, my stomach gradually began to feel better, and now I'm feeling much better.

The hospital itself was clean, but I guess the long weekend wait times are unavoidable. Next time I have symptoms, I'll try to go on a weekday morning if possible.
