While exercising this week, I realized that setting goals is definitely the most effective.
Trying to lose weight doesn't seem to be very easy...
Still, lately I've been working overtime often, so I haven't been able to go to the gym regularly.
My goal is to go to the gym at least three times a week and work hard, haha.
Losing weight really doesn't seem easy... Everyone, fighting!
