There is only about a day and a half left this week!
I am planning to set my health goals for next week based on this week.
First, walking 10,000 steps every day continuously~
Keep drinking 2 liters of water~
30 minutes of strength training on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Reduce flour-based foods
There will be many rainy days next week, but I will try to walk carefully to avoid the rain. Have a great remaining weekend~^^
