I am successfully achieving my health goals of eating once a day, drinking 2 liters of water, and taking probiotics.
This week's health goal is to exercise five times a week. I usually do inline skating, which I learn twice a week, and walk about 10,000 steps on the other days. However, I have stopped Zumba dance three times a week.
I plan to work out diligently five times a week~~
