I think sharing health goals helps increase motivation to take action... haha
This week, I have a cold, so I will take a break from strength training for a while...ㅠㅠ
For physical health
1) Walking 10,000 steps
2) Drink plenty of water
3) Control diet with oatmeal and abstain from alcohol
For mental health
1) Reading good writings and writing down quotes by hand
2) Meditation while listening to music
3) Reading or writing at least one poem a day
