- Running (3 km): Achieved 2 out of 3 times - 1 time short
- Running (4 kilometers): Achieved 2 out of 2 times
- Climbing stairs (15 floors): Achieved 15 times out of 10 attempts
This week's health goal (July 12 - July 18) is
- Walking 10,000 steps a day, 6 times
- Running (3 km): 3 times
- Running (4 kilometers): 2 times
- Climbing stairs (15 floors): 15 repetitions
I'll upload it. Nothing special. Just climbing the stairs a bit.
I want to exceed 4 kilometers in running.
