2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Plank for 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Success
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
It's so nice to have a relaxed weekend~ㅎ
I have plans this evening, so I'll pass on the salad~
But since it's a promise to eat a lot, exercise is definitely necessary, right? Haha
