Most people want to live healthily and long lives. I don't have any special habits, but I regularly drink water and walk 10,000 steps. I also go hiking and play golf occasionally. My goal is to maintain enough health to continue hiking or playing golf into my 80s. If I can still enjoy hiking or golf with friends and have a drink together in my 80s, that would mean I am healthy.
