My health goal for this week is~
Walk more than 10,000 steps daily, and take a 30-minute walk.
Exercise three times a week, take supplements regularly
Do home workouts at least 3 times a week for more than 30 minutes.
I found doing home workouts to be quite challenging, haha.
I plan to start three times a week for now~
I hope this week will be one where you can take actions to improve your health.
