First, I plan to walk 10,000 steps daily with Cashdoc. I have a herniated disc, and I hope it improves a bit more. Also, my goal is to commute by bicycle 14 kilometers one way three times a week unless there are special circumstances.
Finally, my goal is to significantly improve lower body health, reduce abdominal fat further, and increase skeletal muscle mass.
