It's time to set health goals every week~
It's great because I set three goals each week, so I don't get bored and I stick to them well~ They are similar or the same each week, but still~
Climbing the mountain at 1 a.m.
2. Abstaining from alcohol (resisting the temptation of a can of beer)
Drink 3 liters of water
These days, it's getting hotter, so I can drink water easily, but resisting the temptation of a can... I wonder if I can hold out~~~
