There are many days with heatwave warnings this week.
1. Walk 10,000 steps in the morning/evening: Remember sunscreen/hat.
2. Prepare and consume alkaline beverages (with lemon added): drink 2 liters of water.
3. Strength training focusing on the lower body: 15 reps x 3 sets x 3 rounds
4. Finish exercise with stretching for more than 30 minutes: loosen up specific muscles with a massage ball.
