This week, I will set a health goal ^^
Morning exercise (30 minutes of indoor cycling + stretching)
Taking supplements regularly
Drink 2 liters of water
Replace dinner three times a week with salad and protein meals
Walking at least 8,000 steps daily + foot bath
There are some new things as well..
There are things that just need a little more attention so you don't forget.
There are already things I am protecting~
I will try to practice well this week too^^
