However, I didn't really feel the need for a stick until my 40s, but when I reached my 50s, I started to feel strain on my joints.
So, I always carry the hiking stick that my friend gave me as a gift when I first started hiking.
It seems essential for hiking since it reduces about 50% of the burden on the joints.
It's a stick I've been using for over 20 years, and it still supports me very sturdily.. haha
