If you set long-term health goals
It's been tough and hard to stick to, so I think a weekly plan is better. This week's health goal is to walk at least 6,000 steps every day. Just for this week, no eating out (the hardest part to keep). Eat less bread and sweets (sweet coffee and snacks). Avoid eating stimulating foods at least one meal a day (cherry tomatoes, apples, sweet potatoes).
I really hope you keep at least a week.
