This week's health goal for us.
- Practicing early morning exercise 5 days a week for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
- Upon waking in the morning, drink a glass of water on an empty stomach. Consume at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
- Walking 10,000 steps every day for 7 days
- Stretching in between times
- Avoid eating snacks and light meals whenever possible.
This is my always-maintained routine and workout plan. ^^
I plan to keep a close watch again this week~~
