Looking at it now, most of the country has 'moderate' fine dust levels.

Before going out to exercise in the morning, I checked the fine dust level and it was confirmed to be 'bad'...

I went out wearing a mask, and when I checked the fine dust index again later, it was 'moderate'.

Running while wearing a mask makes breathing a little more difficult than when not wearing one, so I thought it was better and took it off right away.

I hope the days with good fine dust levels continue.

Of course, it's okay if it's above 'normal'.
