Today, a friend was sick, so I exercised alone~
I always feel heavy-bodied on Mondays.
After walking 10,000 steps, I was debating whether to run or not, so I ran 3 km.
I worked out, but it was really tough haha
Still, I lost 500 grams of the weight I accumulated over the weekend.
Since it was missed, today is a success for now 🤣🤣
