[Health Goal] 🏆 Running Crew Day 59 🏃🏻🎉🎉

 

Yesterday, I was startled by knee pain, so I wore a knee brace under my pants.

The morning temperature is 11.3°C. I checked if it's warmer than yesterday, touched my knees, and then started running~

 

I saw a migratory bird's ✈️ flight show around the time of the Eungda-ri race.

I couldn't take a picture because I was running, but I enjoyed the spectacular view while on the move.

When the leader moves forward in an arrow shape, a large flock of birds follows.

Like the performance during the Olympic event.

 

However, even if they fly diligently, the groups behind cannot keep up with the front line, so several groups fly behind.

It's a small one, but it looks okay, and I can see the two birds that have settled afterward.

The flock of migratory birds has disappeared and is no longer visible, but a lone bird diligently flying in that direction kept flying so hard that it disappeared from sightㅠ

Can I keep up?🥹
