I've been making excuses that the scale at home is broken... I haven't weighed myself in quite a while.
Yesterday, I went to the charcoal kiln with my mom... I saw a scale there, got on it, and was shocked to find I gained weight ㅠㅠ
I thought I was maintaining it to some extent.
It wasn't even being maintained, you know? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
No wonder the clothes are small;; Hahahahahahahahahahahaha
Exercise is a given, but I’m starting over with my diet...ㅠㅠ
I need to stop fooling around and start seriously dieting now.
