그러게요 월요일은 유독 피곤합니다 주말 보내고 난 뒤라 그런 생각이 드는 것 같긴 해요ㅎㅎ

Even though I thought I had a good rest over the weekend, I strangely feel heavy and extremely tired every Monday morning. Is it simply the stress of work? Or is it the disruption of my sleep patterns over the weekend? Even caffeine doesn't refresh me, and my concentration declines, making starting my day even more difficult. I'm wondering if this fatigue is simply the Monday blues, or if there's something wrong with my body.
