This week's health goal is not exercise, but diet.
I've established a habit of walking 10,000 steps for 7 months and cycling for 1 month.
*Diet and Others
1. Water - A glass of water on an empty stomach, fill it up completely!! (While drinking, drink it all)
2. Skin - Cleansing is very important (wash thoroughly)
3. Eating habits - Reduce bread and snacks, keep dinner simple
- Drink water when hungry, avoid overeating
Exercise: walk 5,000 to 6,000 steps when going out, and do a 60-minute cycling session in the evening.
