Commuting by stairs
This week's goal.
It has gotten a little warmer.
Maybe because I don't move much, my body feels stiff.
The only exercise I can do is
I plan to use the stairs instead of the elevator when commuting to and from work.
It might be a bit difficult since it's a 10-story building.
I think I can do exercise, haha.
