I'm wondering if my body was surprised by the sudden cold weather, but my rhinitis symptoms have gotten worse, I feel a bit chilly, and my muscles are aching. I think it's the beginning of a cold. 저같은 경우 감기 극초기에 목염증약, 비타민CD...영양제 먹고 목 따뜻하게 하고 따뜻한 물 먹고 쉬면서 관리해주면 심하게 되지 않더라구요 감기 증상이 있을때 보통 자신에게 제일 약한 부분부터 증상이 오는거 같아요 안레몬님의 경우 감기증상이 전형적으로 다 온거 같은데요 이경우 종합감기약 잘 듣는걸로 드시고 푹 쉬시면 좋을거 같아요 여기에 추가로 분말형 메가비타민C 식후마다 조금씩 드시는것도 괜찮아요 따뜻한 물 자주 드시구요

저는요 독감예방접종 하고나서 약간에 초기감기가 오더라구요 몸은좀않좋다 생각을 하고열이없어서 주사를 맞았는데 뒤날부테감기증세가와서 병원가서 주사맞고 약을 약하게 지어왔어요 문제약을먹어도 증세가더심해지더라구요 가래많이생기고 기침나오고 여기저기쑤시고 요즘감기 무시하면안될것같아요
