저도 맥시부펜 상비약으로 항상 둡니다 효과가 제일 좋은 것 같아요~
While raising children, I always preemptively got antipyretics prescribed at the pediatric clinic and prepared them in advance.
Every time, any pediatrician would always give me Maxibu-Pen.
I'm not sure if the kids are healthy, but others seem to be taking multiple medications, whereas I was able to raise them without much difficulty using just Maxibuofen.
Usually, a fever over 38°C is considered a high fever. If the child seems to be struggling during the day, I give them antipyretics, but if there are no signs of discomfort, I just monitor them even if the temperature exceeds 38°C.
If your temperature exceeds 38°C before going to bed at night, give medication. I didn't give medication for a slight fever.
The children have all grown up, so I hardly ever need to give them medicine anymore, but I still have a bottle of Maxibuphen as a backup.
