Sharing a review of treatment for reflux esophagitis symptoms

I have been having a difficult time due to symptoms of reflux esophagitis. Daily life was hard due to various symptoms such as sour belching, abdominal pain, and upper abdominal discomfort. Consistent health management is important.

I recently experienced pain around my left rib cage, so I received a prescription from a pharmacy and took the medication. However, the pain persisted even after taking the medicine. It was not just mild pain; the suffering and symptoms continued to the point where I could not sleep, so I decided to visit a hospital.

After hearing my symptoms, the internal medicine department recommended an abdominal X-ray and ultrasound. However, those tests revealed no abnormalities. Since I was fasting that day, I was also able to undergo an endoscopy. The gastroscopy revealed symptoms of reflux esophagitis, such as excessive stomach acid, and I was diagnosed with esophagitis.

The symptoms of reflux esophagitis vary. This condition is esophagitis caused by the reflux of stomach contents or stomach acid into the esophagus; it is described as a condition where food flows back into the stomach when the organs are unable to function normally.

To alleviate these symptoms of reflux esophagitis, I avoided lying down immediately after eating as much as possible and tried to avoid spicy foods. I also made sure to eat salads and fiber frequently. As a result, I actually lost a little weight, haha. I also made sure to take probiotics, just in case they might help with my digestive system, haha.

If I may share a tip with those of you suffering from reflux esophagitis symptoms like me, I always apply warm compresses to help alleviate them.

Thinking it might help improve my metabolism and alleviate my reflux esophagitis symptoms, I applied a warm compress using a hot pack every evening.

To avoid experiencing these symptoms of reflux esophagitis, consistent daily management is necessary.

The most important thing is definitely food! It is best to eat food that is not salty or spicy, and to avoid stress! However, since that is not always possible in modern society, I think it is important to find ways to relieve stress effectively. I hope you all find your own ways to relieve stress and regain your health without the symptoms of reflux esophagitis.
