Should I stop receiving Wigobi if I experience side effects?

The typical side effects of taking Wigobi are nausea and vomiting, you know.

However, if the symptoms of nausea and vomiting get progressively worse as the frequency of Wigobi injections increases, should I stop the administration? Or is it okay to just endure it and continue receiving the injections?

I'm wondering if enduring it and continuing to get hit might lead to bigger problems later.
