Can I get a prescription for Wigobi or Maunza even if I am not morbidly obese?

My BMI isn't exactly over 30, but it fluctuates around the morbid obesity to overweight range.

I am wondering if I can get a prescription for Wigobi or Maunza in this case, and if I can stop taking it once I reach the normal weight range with the help, or if I need to continue taking it consistently, even in small amounts, to maintain a normal weight.

If I explain my personal circumstances or something like that, would it be possible to discuss this with the doctor?

Or would it be difficult to get a prescription unless the patient meets certain specific numerical values?
