Would Wigobi and Maunja be suitable for people with poor digestive function?

There is someone in my family who wants to receive Wigobi or Maunzaro. However, their stomach or digestive function is weak or impaired.

Looking at comments and articles about taking this medication here on the Cashdoc community, I have seen many comments stating that it is not recommended for people with sensitive stomachs or poor digestive function due to the nature of the drug.

Are there any people with impaired stomach or digestive function who have received Wigobi or Maunzaro treatments, experienced weight loss, and have no issues with their stomach or digestive function?
