If I get hit by Wigobi or Maunzaro, will I definitely lose weight?

I've heard that both Wigobi and Maunzaro are quite expensive and require long-term use, so I'm looking into various options.

When I looked up actual reviews online, I noticed that there were overwhelmingly many dramatic success stories of people easily losing over 10kg in just a few months.

But I'm feeling confused because I occasionally see bitter reviews saying they didn't see any results at all or just wasted their money.

Fundamentally, I am curious about the mechanism by which this drug works.

Do most people lose weight if they get Wigovi or Maunzaro, except in very rare cases?

Does your appetite decrease immediately after getting the injection?

I've heard that it significantly reduces appetite, naturally decreasing the amount of food eaten. So, would it be effective for people who don't eat much to begin with?

Then, do I lose weight even if I just do nothing?

Or I'm wondering if it only makes sense if I combine it with diet control or exercise.

Also, are there cases where weight loss is not effective even after taking Wigobi or Maunzaro?

In such cases, what could be the reason?

Is it a constitutional issue? Or a hormone issue?

What should people do if they don't get any response even from Wigobi or Maunzaro... T_T

I've seen a lot of talk about side effects.

I've seen posts mentioning symptoms like nausea, vomiting, constipation, and diarrhea, and I'm curious to know how severe they actually are.

If you have actually tried these injections or seen others getting them, I would be very grateful if you could share your honest experiences regarding the timing of initial weight changes or cases where you did not see results!
