How long does it take for the effects to appear if I use Wigobina or Maunzaro?

It seems like there are many people around me who have lost weight using Wigobi or Maunzaro. I need to go on a diet too, but I always find it hard to stick to it. So, I'm curious if using Wigobi or Maunzaro yields immediate results.
