If I had to pick just one thing I felt was truly important while using Wigobi/Maunjaro?

If you look up tips or precautions for Wigobi/Maunjaro, there are just so many.

 

Drink plenty of water, make sure to get enough protein, eat slowly, etc.

 

But putting all that aside, whether it's Wigobi or Maunzaro, if you had to pick just one thing based on your own standards that you thought was "really important" while using them yourself, what would it be?

 

 

I think it's about eating slowly.

 

When I take the medicine, I do feel full, but the signal comes later than I expected.

 

If you eat quickly, you end up having eaten too much before the signal hits.

 

It felt like things really changed after I started eating slowly and actually began to feel the signals my body was sending.

    숫자에 집착하지 않는 거 아닐까요? 체중계 매일 올라가면 하루하루 숫자에 흔들려서 오래 가기가 힘들더라고요. 길게 보는 게 맞는 것 같아요.

    위고비나 마운자로 고민중이신가 보네요. 주사 할때에는 식욕이 떨어지는데 단백질 섭취 잘해주어야 한다고 하더라구요.
