위고비나 마운자로가 식욕을 억제하고 포만감을 유지시켜 체중감량을 돕는 건데 야식을 안드시고 일을 하셔도 된다면 무리가 없겠지만 그렇지 않을 경우 일 하시는데 힘이 들순 있을거 같아요 그리고 식습관 관리와 운동을 해서 근육도 유지해야 요요가 오지 않는데 그게 힘들다면 부작용으로 힘드실수도 있을 거 같네요

I am someone who frequently works overtime. I usually arrive at work late in the evening, when others are getting off, work through the night, and leave during the day. The problem is that I am aware of this irregular lifestyle, but I have no choice because of the nature of my job. However, regarding Wigobi or Maunzaro, given my irregular daily routine and frequent late-night snacking, I spend most of my time sleeping and don't have much spare time for exercise. I am quite concerned whether Wigobi or Maunzaro would actually be effective for people like me. I know they are effective weight loss medications, but I understand that they only work when combined with exercise and a balanced diet. Therefore, I am very curious to know if taking Wigobi or Maunzaro alone is effective.
