Is there a big difference in effectiveness and side effects between Wigobi and Maunzaro? I'm trying to decide.

I am currently seriously considering which to choose between Wigobi and Maunzaro.

I've heard a lot of people around me say that both drugs are effective for weight loss.

I have a particularly big appetite and find it very difficult to manage my diet, so I would like to get help. I am curious about the extent of side effects once I actually start receiving the injections and how you chose your hospital.
