Are Wigobi and Maunjaro effective for polycystic ovaries?

It has been a while since I was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries, and I am just taking nutritional supplements.

Then, while watching YouTube, a video related to Maunzaro popped up in the algorithm, and I saw a comment saying that it is effective for people with polycystic ovaries to get vaccinated with Wigobi or Maunzaro.

When I searched, it said that Wigobi is effective, but I wasn't exactly sure if Maunjaro is effective either.

By any chance, are both Wigobi and Maunzaro somewhat effective for polycystic ovaries?

If it is effective, I would like to consider getting it.

Also, if anyone has tried it, I am curious about the severity of the side effects.
