I have a fear of needles; is it safe to inject myself with a Maunza?

I'm the type of person who gets really nervous when getting injections.

I heard that I have to inject myself in the stomach or thigh.

I'm curious how long the needle is.

Also, how painful it is when you get hit one time.

I haven't been able to decide yet.

I was worried it might be more effective and faster than oral medicine.

I am considering it, but I am hesitating because of my fear of needles.
