Has anyone by any chance experienced vision problems or blurred vision after being hit by a mounza…? 😥

I've been looking into Mountar lately for my diet, but while searching, I saw a post saying "risk of blindness in severe cases," and now I'm really scared.

Of course, there are likely many exaggerated claims, but I am curious if there are actually any cases of eye-related side effects.

I am also wondering if people who originally have severe dry eyes or poor eyesight need to be especially careful.

I've seen mentions that since it's a diabetes medication, vision can temporarily become blurry due to blood sugar fluctuations, but I'm not sure how common that symptom is...
