I'm debating between Wigobi and Maunza.

Hello. As more and more people around me are using Wigobi and Maunzaro, I am seriously considering it as well.

 

To tell you about the current situation
- Height 163cm / Weight 98kg
- I sit for most of the day in an office job.
- Fasting blood sugar is around 100, hovering within the upper limit of normal.
- Body fat percentage exceeding 50%

- I have tried extreme dieting in the past

- I have used Saxenda
- Lost over 30kg with herbal medicine, but subsequently experienced a yo-yo effect and a significant decrease in muscle mass.

 

The biggest problem is controlling my appetite.

Even if I try to reduce my food intake, by the afternoon I feel my blood sugar dropping and crave sweet foods,
Since it is a pattern that repeats regardless of my will, I feel that simple diet management has its limits.

 

I have a hormonal imbalance, and I am also concerned about my fasting blood sugar levels.
This time, focusing on blood sugar stabilization and dietary habit improvement rather than simple weight loss
I am considering using Wigovina Maunzaro.

 

Has anyone else started with borderline fasting blood sugar like me?

 

I would also like to hear about changes in your blood sugar levels, whether you actually felt better, and how your reaction was.

 

As much as I strained my body in extreme ways in the past,
This time, I want to approach this in a healthy and sustainable way.

    공복 혈당 100 전후면 시작한분들 꽤 있고 식욕 감소랑 식후 혈당안정되는 느낌 받는 경우가 많다고 합니다 특히 단 음식 땡기는 패턴은 약 쓰면서 확 줄었다는 후기가 많은 편이라고 하네요 다만 초기에는 메스꺼움 식사량 급감으로 컨디션 떨어질 수 있어서 용량을 천천히 올리는게 중요하다고 합니다 예전에 절식 경험이 있으시면 근손실 다시 오기 쉬워서 단백질 섭취는 꼭 챙기셔야 하구요 운동은 처음부터 무리하지 마시고 걷기라도 같이 병행하셔야 요오방지에 도움이 될거예요
