I don't pay much attention to my skin. I think a skin emulsion is enough for what my skin needs. An unexpected discovery I made was that since August of last year, running for about 20 minutes at the gym has made my skin softer. I used to have goosebumps on my arms, but they disappeared. It was so amazing. I believe that consistent exercise might be good for the skin. Of course, I also think that regularly applying skin emulsion to prevent dryness is important.
