{Concern} I'm in my late 40s, and I have a metabolic disease.

I am a man in his late 40s who is employed.

It has been nearly 20 years since we got married.

I have been working in the workplace a bit longer.

I was not overweight before marriage; I had a normal body shape.

After working, I used to cope with stress by eating and drinking alcohol, and as I got older, I gained weight.

During workplace health screenings, I was also found to be at risk for diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and in the early stages of hypertension.

After years of effort, I lowered my cholesterol levels in the blood test and also slightly reduced my blood pressure.

I'm still worried about being overweight and having abdominal obesity.

    그래도 수치가 내려갔다니 엄청 노력 하셨겠어요. 저도 건강이 좋지않아서 살을 빼고 있지만 정말 힘드네요. 열심히 운동하고 좋은 음식 드시면서 건강 잘 챙기세요. 건강이 최고네요^^
