Question) What should I do when I often feel tired and sluggish?
Recently, I have been feeling very sluggish and tired.
I started something new, and since it's something I do while sitting for a long time, I only did some quick exercises and stretches, which affected my overall condition that had been building up.
The condition is not improving well.
Maybe it's because my body feels much heavier, or maybe it's because I was working hard, but I think I was a bit tense. When I get tense, my body becomes very heavy, and I feel sluggish, easily tired, and exhausted.
These days, I can't even relax from my tired condition, and I don't know how to relieve it. For several days now, my body has been easily fatigued and sluggish.
In the past, I think I used to work more leisurely whenever I wanted, so I haven't experienced this kind of condition. Since I have been engaging in a Spartan-style activity, my body has become tired, and perhaps because I sit for long periods, my leg muscles ache and feel stiff and tense overall. Is it because my blood circulation isn't good? I feel very tired and sluggish.
Please recommend any good methods for improvement.
